Happy Chinese New Year!

February 16, 2018 was the Chinese New Year, now year of the dog. Our neighbors celebrate and always invite us over as their first visitors. They believe we bring good luck and good fortune to their house so they always make sure that we are the first visitors. The kids always recieve a red envelope with money and lots of candy and fruit. We bring over a bowl of citrus to add to their luck and they place it on their table. It's a neat tradition that we look forward to every year.
