They Call This Therapy?!

Anthony looking into Michaels tub. I think he has all the toys hostage.

This is soooo ridiculous mom!- Anthony

Jaileighs is NOT happy about something. And yes, that is a HUGE bruise on Jakobs bucket head. The poor kids head weighs more than his whole body and it keeps tipping him over.

Our Early Childhood Intervention teacher calls this therapy- playing in tubs! The babies love it. Our ECI therapist says that the babies are caught up to their chronological age already. This is so exciting! Our adjusted age is 9 months and they have until they are 2 years old to catch up. Developmentally they are caught up but they are still really small. Below are their latest stats from the GI doctor. Everyone but Michael are off their reflux meds. He is still on Prevacid and Zantac. Hooray!

Michael-

Cutest Babies Ever!

Here are some random pictures from Grandmas house.

Michael and his pincher fingers. He loves his index fingers.

Nice "grill" Mikey

Cute Jake-we used the excersaucer as a gate so the babies couldn't escape grandmas living room. Michael got smart and started crawling through the bottom, then he taught the other babies how to do it too.

Rori and Jake taking a snooze. She helped me at night a few times when I stayed in St. George. This must have been after one of those nights.

. . . and thats the "end" (sorry I couldn't resist. It's such a cute little tush!)

Playing Dress-Up Already

Jaileigh is in trouble all ready. The boys have found her hair bows, with help from Aunt Rori, they tried ALL of them on.

I can just imagine them talking here. "Hey these things look kind of cool, let's try them on too"

Beautiful Boys! Good thing Daddy wasn't here. He would have been MAD>

Anthony

"HMMM These things kind of squish your head, but don't I look good."- Anthony

"I want the yellow one too."- Jakey

"My brothers are silly, this isn't fun at all. Get this thing off my head." Mikey

Even Major joined in the fun. His daddy was NOT happy at all about this. I think I may get a call after this post has posted to remove this picture promptly.

Jaileigh thinks its fun to share.

Jakey and the mirror. What a happy guy!

My moms hall tree was a favorite hang out spot. The mirror was the perfect height and they got to climb on the furniture to get to it. If the babies disappeared we knew where they were. Jake and Michael checking themselves out.

Tia reading to Jake and Michael. They love stories.

When Mike went back to California the babies suffered a little separation anxiety and all wanted to be held by MOM. Help! Here I am holding Jaileigh, Michael, and Anthony.

*Disclaimer- No babies were harmed while Rori played dress-up. Hairstyles were complements of Rori Stylistics. She has decided to retire and is going to college to be . . . . something wonderful.

Mikey's Friend

Mikey discovered a friend at my parents house, Mr Chipmunk. He was standing at the back door for awhile and finally someone noticed that he was looking at the chipmunk. He is so aware of everything around him.

Rub A Dub Dub 4 Babes in the Tub

On our way home from Utah we stayed in Vegas one night. Our friends the Stuarts invited us over to swim and to eat dinner. Their pool was so warm, it was wonderful. It felt just like a bathtub. The babies had a good time too. They love the water and its even better when its bath water temperature. Thank you Stuarts for letting us invade your home!

Over The River and Through The Woods . . . .

We went camping! Glorified city-slick camping, but camping non-the-less. Mike and I decided to surprise my parents for the 4th of July. We got in the RV and headed to St. George the Thursday before the 4th of July. We stayed that night in Las Vegas so we could visit Mikes brother and sister in law. When we got to my parents house they were so EXCITED and SURPRISED! My dad hadn't seen the babies since March.

On Sunday after the 4th Mike had to go back to California to go back to work. The babies and I stayed in St. George to hang out with the grandparents and Rori. On Wednesday my mom got a wild hair or some kind of itch and suggested that we go to Pine Valley. I jumped on the idea, being house bound makes me brave! So, we packed up the RV and headed up the mountain. It was so much fun and the babies had a good time too. Grandpa is a die hard old school camper so I think he was a little embarrassed to sleep in a RV. He is used to roughing it in a tent and sleeping bag. He brought all of his cooking equipment and made us foil dinners for dinner and pancakes and ham for breakfast the next morning.

We didn't take very many pictures but here are a few. I really need to document better.

Rori and Anthony, Grandpa and Jaileigh enjoying the morning fresh air. I think Grandpa is trying to teach Jaileigh how to drink Diet Coke out of a straw.

Jaileigh looking at herself in the bathroom mirror. The babies loved this mirror. It was the perfect height. They would laugh and kiss themselves over and over.
