A Stroll In The Park

Saturday evening we headed over to the park to get out our wiggles before bedtime.

They found the baseball dugout. I'm sure their daddy was happy.

Michael again

I took some video of the kids running. They run so funny and I want to remember it forever. Jaileigh runs with her arms. Jakob and Anthony usually run on their toes. Michael runs the best, I think.

A Summer-like Fall

The weather has been crazy around here. We have been in the 100's still. It's supposed to be fall! I'm sure in the winter we will be wishing for those warm sunny days again so we will enjoy them now.

Hold on tight!

and the winner is . . . Michael!

Hi mom! They love hanging out in the backs of trucks.

The other morning after a "do-do" run (doughnut), we were playing in the front yard and Anthony decided to borrow the neighbors chair so he could read his paper.

Then the rest must follow. I think that Jake went and knocked on their door because they came out and chatted with us.

This happens often at our house. I will be missing a child and will find them off in a corner reading.
Michael in his baby sisters bumbo. The sad part is he actually fits in it better than she does. Little Annie has some thunder thighs!

One of our other neighbors decided to let us borrow her piano for 18 months while her daughter is serving a mission. I really don't have any room in my house so I was hesitant to take it. We made room in our garage which is actually a finished room. The quads discovered it and have been having so much fun with it. I just need to teach them that it is to be played with using the hands not the feet. Maybe we should get an organ and they can use both.

I love Michael's face in this one.

Back To School . . . For Mom

Remember this entry? Well it's been awhile but we finally made it back to my old haunting ground. Some of my students were still there but most were gone. It was neat to go back to the old place that I used to work. Driving over I had feelings of nostalgia but looking at the five babies in my rear view mirror washed all feelings away. I love my new life and my old life but the old belongs in the past, a very happy memory.

Michael found the vacuum in one of my fellow teachers room.

Michael decided he wanted to play with the projector. Good thing Ms Kapadia and Ms Rosa are so patient!

What a fun visit for me and the kids. Thanks for having us!

Making Frosting

We went to the fair on Thursday and after we decided to make frosting for our graham crackers. I let the kids help this time and they had so much fun.

Annie even helped. She sat in her bouncy chair and talked to us as we worked.

Time to eat. Yum! Michael is trying to clean up. He hates messes.
