This Is What We Do Everyday . . .

. . . .Play Outside!

The kids and I are leaving for Utah tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. We will be there until the end of June. I've been meaning to get packed all week but it's been so nice outside that we have just wanted to hang out out there.

Viva Las Vegas

On Thursday we headed out of town. We went to Vegas and stayed with Grandpa/Uncle Joe and Kathy. The kids always call Joe "Gampa" even though he is really their uncle. I think he really likes it but he pretends that he doesn't.

Thursday we ate at the buffet again and then went to a park by Joe's house. Our friend Kristen met us there. I didn't get any pictures though.

"Mommy we found a chicken" I was scared to death it was a dead bird and sent Mike running down to check on them. It was a dead baseball. The had the best time throwing the "chicken" around. They thought it was hilarious.

After Jake fell in the mud and removed his clothes, they ended the park session by chasing the birds. You would think after all the running they did that they would sleep for days.

Quad Celebration

The Vegas Quads celebrated their 2nd birthday on Sunday afternoon. We actually crashed their party and came Sunday morning so that we could head back to California before the rush house traffic. Thanks so much for having us. We had so much fun with you and hope to see you soon.

Bonnie Springs, Old Nevada

The next morning we had some time to kill before GaPa, GaGa and Rori came so we went to the Petting Zoo at Bonnie Springs, Old Nevada. It was about 20 miles from where we were staying, out in the middle of nowhere.

We thought it opened it at 9 but it didn't open til 10 so we had some time to kill.
