She Did It Again!

Another successful photo shoot!

We got our pictures from Allie (you can also friend her on facebook)! I am so excited. Everytime we get them I swear they are the best yet. She is such an excellent photographer. I love her! Here is a little sample of what she did. This post I will give you most of the family pictures. The next post(s) I will do the kids individual pictures. Enjoy!

Michael, Anthony, Jaileigh, Jake and Annie

I LOVE her face and the fact that Jake does too!

"Mom we are done!"

I hate to say this but feel that with all the crazies out there I must. All of these pictures are copyrighted so please DO NOT COPY or STEAL! I have not watermarked them because I am still a trusting soul. If you need a copy please let me know and I will personally email it to you. Thank you!!

Presents, Cake, Pictures

The kids and I made Daddy a birthday a Chocolate Rum Cake for his birthday. We did it all from scratch. They love birthdays!

His birthday morning we got up early to open presents.

The kids all made him a birthday card with their handprints.

This picture is so cute but it's so dark. If you turn your computer a little you might be able to see it. It's Annie holding presents and Jake grinning at her. She thought the presents were for her.

Daddy's big present this year was his Harley Quilt. The kids and I worked on it for a long time. They were so excited to give it to him.

After presents we went downstairs for cake. Growing up we always had cake for breakfast. Mike and I haven't followed this tradition yet but this year we did. The kids loved it! Sugar highs bright and early.

Jake's eyes are already glazed over.

The reason for doing all the birthday stuff so early is because we had pictures with Allie. I only took a few pictures this time. So here is a little teaser while we all patiently wait for Allie to edit and get us the rest.

Family Pictures

More pictures for you. These were taken a week before Annie's birthday. We will be using some of them for the quads 3rd birthday invitations.

The whole family again. This was when everyone was done. The only smiles we got were from Mom and Dad.

Pictures With Allie

I can't believe it's that time of year again. Our biannual picture taking even. Last year we took pictures right after Annie was born and this year we took them just in time for her 1st birthday. That's right! She will be one on Sunday. Time sure does fly!

Trying to get a group shot. Annie wanted nothing to do with it. Michael was "helping". They all had to have their sticks so we get stick pictures.
Jakob, Michael, Jaileigh, Annie, and Anthony

Annie refused to be a part of the pictures.
Jake, Michael, Jaileigh, and Anthony (and their sticks)

Anthony, his stick, and a cute grin

Michael and a funny smile. He was being suck a stinker. Amazingly he doesn't have a stick.

Princess Jaileigh waiting for a ride in her chariot.

Sweet moment. Daddy and Annie (and her stick).

Michael was such a silly goose today. I by that I mean he was a terror, a tease, a goof. He was on a toot! First thing he did when we arrived was jump in the air, land on his bottom, and slid down a grassy hill. Yup, in those clothes. Then he did it again. I had to threaten him that we were leaving if he ruined his church clothes.

I didn't take too many pictures. Allie will have our pictures done soon and I will post them for you. She always does an awesome job! Everytime I am so excited, I can hardly wait.

Happy Happy Birthday Daddy!

Happy Birthday to the best daddy in the world!

Let Me Count The Ways That I Love You

He is my handsome knight in shining armor!
He still makes me feel young and beautiful.
He buys me cute clothes.
He gets up in the mornings, changes diapers, does dishes, makes breakfast, and then gets ready for work.
He changes poopy diapers without complaining.
He buys the most thoughtful gifts.
He loves his family.
He has a family picture as the wallpaper of his work computer and shows it off.
He will call to see how the kids are doing.
He gets excited about new toys just like the kids.
He reads to his babies.
He worries about them.
He randomly comes home during the day just to play with the kids and give mommy a break.
He fixes things.
He does Jaileighs hair.
He plans date nights.
He watches Barney and Sesame Street even when the World Series is on.
He takes the quads on daddy dates.
He came up with do-do (doughnut) Saturdays.
He plays ball with them with the hopes that they will be athletes but even if they aren't he won't be disappointed.
He lets the quads use his toothbrush and some morning he just plain can't brush his teeth. I am hoping that he has one in his car.
He is already planning for college.
Everyday he comes home from work and immediately starts playing with kids. He lets them help him take his tie and belt upstairs. He doesn't stop playing until bedtime. . .
. . . and then he even gets up at night with them

He goes to church with everyone even when the kids are crazy wild!
He still manages to find time to exercise.
He lets the kids play with his cell phone even though he knows it may not work the next time he gets it back.
He loves planning family vacations.
Sometimes he lets me be right, even if I'm wrong.
He wants to go to Disneyland everyday.
He talked his hairdresser into coming to our house and doing my hair.
He has given up his golf career in pursuit of a daddy career.
He has given up his beloved Chicago for Sunny California so that I can stay away from the cold.
He is 100% Italian
He loves anything from Chicago except the White Sox
He is very loyal.
He defends his little chunky monkey and says she isn't fat.
He loves me!

Happy Birthday to my hunny.
Daddy and the boys- Jake, Anthony, and Michael
