Annual Drive In Movie

The day school got out we had the Annual Drive In Movie. We had it in the back yard this year because there were so many people coming. We had close to 75 RSVPs. of those I think we had 10 no shows and a few random shows.

I had a couple moms come help me set up early. Leah and I taped up all the boxes before everyone came. Then they were able to just grab a box they liked and start working on it. It also saved me a bunch in tape.

Mike asked our neighbors, Narm and Justina, if they would set up the sound system so that we had good sound this year. They came over early and did that. It was amazing!

We held it later this year. Started at 7:00. We usually have people come at 6 and then we wait for 2 hours for the sun to go down. 7 was perfect. They worked on their boxes, ate food, got comfy and set up, then we started the movie.

Everyone started to work on their boxes right away.
