Watching the players warm up.
We were in nosebleed heaven and our seats were still very expensive. We were as far up as you could go, last seats in the whole park. We had a good view of the concert in the park behind us and a good view of Wrigley Field and Lake Michigan in front of us. The only real negative about our seats was the wind and the cold. It was about 50 degrees colder up where we were. We ended up buying $50 blankets because we were so cold. I had a migraine from the cold wind whipping on us.

Famous Chicago Fire Department at Wrigley
The kids gave themselves a tour of the station. They were very laid back there. The firefighters were sitting around inside smoking their cigars and cigarettes. Very different than California!
Mike knew some of the fire captains from growing up.
Cool patches!

Mike got them Wrigleyville Fire Shirts
This guy was amazing! He and his friend live there at Wrigley. He played catch with the kids. He was really good and very personable. The Santa of Wrigleyville.
He and his friends sign
We bought jewelry from his friend. He collects balls from the games and makes jewelry out of them. All of them bought a necklace/pendent except Michael. He didn't want one. The guy even said he would give him one and he still said no. The guy ended up giving him a game ball from a Cubs game.

There's Sheffield for Jake
We had an amazing, interesting, memory filled time at Wrigley! We rode the L back to our hotel and met Mike's friend for dinner there. We had pizza and the kids swam. Diana came and met us there as well.
