Going home was a little busy. The traffic was crazy. People going to California for New Years and people on their way to Vegas for the New Year. Jake wanted a picture of this car. 

We stopped in Calico at Peggy Sue's Diner again. The kids love this place for some reason.

Las Vegas & St. George Trip

We left for our Las Vegas and St George trip on Tuesday evening the 26th. I came home with the kids on Saturday morning, Mike left Thursday. I'm not sure why he came other than it was helpful for him to take Michael to the dentist! I had a hair appointment and Michael had a dentist appointment at the same time on Wednesday.

We stayed at Kathy and Joe's on Tuesday night. It took us forever to get to Vegas becuae there was a huge wreck somewhere. We had to go a different route, through needles, and didn't get to Joe's until late. We were so happy that Kathy had food for us!

Wednesday we had to leave pretty early to make it to our appointments. That evening Grandma and Pops took us out to dinner at the Golden Corral. Can you tell the kids LOVE it!

While we were there we stared at a motel. It was cheap and clean and we were able to throw all of our junk all over and not be in the way. It didn't have a pool but Grandma Kolleen's condo has an indoor pool so we took advantage of that.

It was a fun trip. We got to play with the cousins a lot! Grandma and Pops took everyone to the movies, we saw Coco! It was so cute! Everyone was spoiled and well fed and loved on.
