Tie Dye

The kids and I made a bucket list of summer things to do this summer. One of the items was to tie dye. Well we waited until the last minute to do it. They wanted to wear them to school on the first day of school so on Monday they tie dyed them. Then, I forgot to wash them! I was more upset with myself then they were. I felt bad that they weren't able to wear them on the first day but they were happy to wear one of their favorite outfits instead. They don't really get new school clothes because they get so many hand me downs. It makes it nice because their stinking shoes are so expensive! Thank goodness for Grandma and Pops chipping in for the shoe donation.
