My responsible little book end, Annie Grace
She was so worried we were going to be late today. She is just like her daddy, she can't be late, has to be at least 10 minutes early. She is so ready for her 2/3 class. I think she really likes being in a split class because she'll be doing some of the same classwork as her older siblings.

Anthony is so excited despite not getting the teacher he wanted. He didn't sleep well last night because of excitement. He is my little social butterfly, most excited about all the friends he's going to see and new one's hes going to make.

Michael- he would have been fine staying home and not starting school as long as he could watch and research baseball. He does well in school, is social, smart, loves learning, but his first love is and always will be baseball. He got the teacher that Anthony wanted so that gives him the edge and a secret delight.

Jakob- he is really excited for the friends that are in his class but secretly nervous because he didn't get the "boy" teachers and he really does love hanging out with his mom at home. He is really ready for some PE and recess time! He put on a good front despite his nervousness and went in without tears.

Our little peanut, Jaileigh. She has been nervous all week and has broken down a couple of times. She likes school but stresses. This morning she tried on 4 different outfits before she found one that was perfect. Once we got to school, all nervousness left and she left without a backward glance. She is happy because she has her same teacher from last year. Mrs Dudar moved up with her class because they were so awesome! Love this little princess!

She wanted a picture with her braid too.

Off they go, leaving Mike and I in the dust.
