Just A Monday Morning

Kathy and Joe were still here on Monday but they left at naptime. We started the morning riding tractors.
The kids love to ride their "tractors". They would ride them every day, all day long if we would let them. After that we tried to go to Sensory time but they were closed so we went to the pet store and looked at puppies instead. Then we went to Old Towne Temecula and ate at Madelines. They have the best burgers in town.

Once the kids were down for their naps Kathy and Joe left. The kids were very sad when they woke up. Thanks for coming and the great weekend!

Uncle Joe and Aunt Kathy

Uncle Joe and Aunt Kathy came to visit us the 2nd weekend in September. Kathy and I got to hang out with the kids on Saturday while Mike and Joe went to football.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful mothers out there, especially to my mom. You are the best grandma and mom one could have. We love you!

Sunday we went to church with my family and then headed to Las Vegas to Kathy and Joe's house. Kathy cooked a fabulous Mother's Day meal. We spent the night at their house again.

Viva Las Vegas

On Thursday we headed out of town. We went to Vegas and stayed with Grandpa/Uncle Joe and Kathy. The kids always call Joe "Gampa" even though he is really their uncle. I think he really likes it but he pretends that he doesn't.

Thursday we ate at the buffet again and then went to a park by Joe's house. Our friend Kristen met us there. I didn't get any pictures though.

"Mommy we found a chicken" I was scared to death it was a dead bird and sent Mike running down to check on them. It was a dead baseball. The had the best time throwing the "chicken" around. They thought it was hilarious.

After Jake fell in the mud and removed his clothes, they ended the park session by chasing the birds. You would think after all the running they did that they would sleep for days.

Christmas With Uncle Joe and Aunt Kathy

The weekend before Christmas we celebrated Christmas with Mikes brother Joe and his wife Kathy. They came down from Las Vegas. We get to see Joe pretty regularly but don't get to see Kathy too much. We were so excited to have both of them at our house. We were really sad when they had to leave.

They gave the quads the coolest playhouse. Here is Joe being the "foreman" while Mike puts it together with the help of the quads. Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures again.
