Youth Center

Pio Pico had an Activity Center and a Youth Center that we visited daily. The youth center was only open 11-3 each day. The Activity Center was always open but we usually rode bikes and walked up after dinner.

I love that my boys play with doll houses. They love them just as much as my girls.

Pio Pico Campground

The campground we stayed at was called Pio Pico. It was in the middle of nowhere. I only had cell service if I climbed a certain hill and stood in a certain spot. The kids had a lot of fun here and everyone loved them. I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was.

Before we would go anywhere the kids would line up and start their motorcycles.

My kids never get anything to drink except water, water, milk, and water. While we were there I spoiled them and bought one gatoraide a day. They would sit on the table and pass it down the row, each taking a drink until it was all gone.

 

I love this picture of thier feet. It really shows their personality. I especially love Jaileigh's feet. She is such a princess.

5# Of Strawberries

Before we went camping I bought a 5 pound flat of strawberries. The first night there the kids hate over half of them. I sat and cut tops off as fast as they were eating them.

Jake tipped his chair over during dinner. The kids thought that was hilarious so they all had to do it too.

 

 

 

While I was cooking dinner Annie fell asleep on the chair. She fell asleep at 5:30 and woke again at 9:30 hungry. She ate a little and fell asleep again.

Summer Camping Has Started

I am so excited that it is summer and school is out! I feel like I was in school. I love it! We are free from responsibilities for 2.5 months! To start our summer off I took the kids camping in Jamul, CA. I drove the kids down Tuesday morning and we came home Saturday morning (June18-22). Mike was able to come Tuesday night and Friday night.

I only brought one helmet and they are very strict with the helmet law so the other kids couldn't ride their bikes until daddy brought them.

 

 

I am so in trouble with this kid. He disappeared and I was yelling for him. He came running back with a bunch of flowers and said, "I was picking these for you mom!"

 

Then Jaileigh had to get some.

Then they insisted I put them in water. They sat on our picnic table the whole time we were camping.
