4th of July

We went camping for the 4th of July again. We went to Pio Pico, one of our favorite places!

We raided the Dollar Tree for their 4th of July decorations and decorated bikes and kids. They loved it!

Ice cream time! One of their favorite things to do camping is to get ice cream from the little country store.

At the pool one day Annie stepped on a bee.

The kids set up. Watching a little tv.

Jaileigh let me play with her hair. She rarely lets me do anything with it so I was happy.

There was a movie one night on the jumbo screen. How To Train Your Dragon 2.

On the actual 4th of July we drove a couple of miles away and had a perfect view of the fireworks in Chula Vista.

They discovered what the Wi is. Oh Boy!

Annie still crafting and drawing.

Night swimming. Annie stepped on another bee! It was terrible. Her whole foot swelled up for 3 days. Poor girl! I didn't get the stinger out all the way. Once we finally got it out the swelling went down.

Beach Time

We went to the beach again. I've been trying to take the kids at least once a week during the summer. We all love it so much. Annie brought a friend for the first time! She was so excited!

I made Michael come in to rest and he was really mad at me.

Dance Recital!

The girls dance recital was at the end of June. We missed 3 of the 4 practices so I was really nervous. They both did a great job and looked beautiful!

We had to drop the girls off an hour before so instead of going home we waited in the parking lot and the boys watched the Cubs game on my phone. My phone ran out of data and battery! Mike had to call to add more data to our plan.

They performed to "Lollipop"

Annie's class performed to "My Boyfriends Back"

Jaileigh was watching the little tiny girls and her facial expressions were hilarious.

Afterwards we celebrated with dinner at Red Robin! It was so much fun!
