Glitter glue painting.
We ran out of glitter glue rather quickly so I got out the dotters.
The kids really enjoyed playing in the grassy field next to us.

Jakob will not hold still long enough for a picture!
Right before we went camping Annie's $5 Craigslist bike that was handed down from Jaileigh, broke. The chain kept falling off and I got tired of putting it back on. Toys R Us was having a trade your old bike in promotion. You give them your old bike and they take 20% (or something) off your new bike that was already on sale. We took advantage and the above bike is what Mike picked out for her. That was on Friday. She rode it all week by the following Thursday it was beat! The chain kept falling off, the pedals were falling apart. I was in disbelief that she could have been that hard on a bike in less than a week. Mike took it back to TRU and they exchanged it! We upgraded size to a 16" because we didn't want her to outgrow the 14" in 6 months. She rides it like a champ! Out of the two girls, she is the better biker. Such a crazy girl!
We picked Mike up in San Diego on Thursday evening and he drove my car home. Due to poor planning Mike had to drive my car home Thursday night so he could pick his car up that he had left in a parking lot somewhere. (Can you tell I wasn't happy?) We had to do some crazy finagling to get me a car down there and then to get it home again. We have to figure out an easier solution!
While Daddy was there he played a game of miniature golf with the kids.
After Daddy left the kids played until after dark with their other friends, BJ and John. They had so much fun! They were so sweaty when we finally went in.
