Del Mar Weekend Camping

We were lucky enough to get to spend a weekend at Camp Pendleton's Del Mar Beach. Our friends sponsored us so that we were able to stay there. You can't stay there unless you are military or are sponsored by someone in the military. It was such a beautiful and clean beach! We loved it. We stayed in our R.V. and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our view.

Jake playing in the sand.

Jaileigh giving kisses. It was chilly there, low 70's.

My kids LOVE Charlie! Every time he came out of his 5th wheel the kids immediately surrounded him. He was so cute and patient with them too. He didn't seem bothered at all that they followed him around like the Pied Piper. He is the adult, Riley is the boy and then my 5 little chickadees.

We went to this little cove there. It is protected by a jetty. The water is shallow for about 75 feet out. The water is warmer and the waves were really small. It was the perfect place to play.

Jaileigh and Annie trying to get warm.

Funny story. Annie usually wears full swimsuits and Jaileigh wears the bikinis but Jaileigh wanted the tankini swimsuit today. I ended up having to put a bikini on Annie. She kept trying to pull it down to cover her belly. I asked her what was wrong and she said, "People can see my boobies!" Ha ha ha! She thought they could see her boobies because her belly was showing.

I had all 5 of them suntanning but as soon as I grabbed the camera 2 of them had to move.
